Our methodology is to organize each project on work-packages (WP) which belong to three project phases. Theses work-packages should cover the project from the idea until the production. We are able to cover needs regarding all the work packages. The customer is free to choose for which work package the support is needed. Depending on the project, some WP are not mandatory. For each work package, a predefined list of information is needed to start, and a predefined list of delivery is expected to close it.
